Bei [1] gab es noch ein paar kleine Updates und [2] ist ganz neu und basiert auf dem C.H.I.P. [3]:

Zwei weitere Entwicklungen von Charles-Henri Hallard, die sehr interessant und ausgereift aussehen: Der LoRasPi [1] und seine große Schwester, das RPI-Lora-Gateway [2], beide unterstützen die komplette Palette an RFM92/95/96/98/69HCW ISM Funkmodulen. Dabei kommt ebenfalls die RadioHead Bibliothek [3,4] zum Funken per ISM zum Einsatz, die wir auch schon seit längerem benutzen.

Mit Charles’ Anpassungen [5] an der kanonischen IBM LMIC (LoraMAC-in-C) Bibliothek für Arduino [6] läuft sie scheinbar auch nativ auf dem Raspberry [7] und erschließt damit den Zugang zu LoRaWAN Class A und Class B und dadurch auch zu TTN [8].

Jan-Piet Mens attended the Open Source Monitoring Conference (OSMC), where he stumbled across the talk “Monitoring the Real World” by Antony Stone and also spread the word about our project. Thanks for that!

Antony uses UKHASnet, which describes itself as:

A simple wireless network aimed for use with low power licence exempt wireless modules. Ideally to be used for a local ground network for example for remote temperature sensing however will also be designed to allow for high altitude communications such as via meterological balloons. It is a mesh topology, relaying data from node to node.
